Jeremy L. Goldstein advises compensation committees, CEOs, management teams and corporations in executive compensation and corporate governance matters, particularly as such issues arise in the context of transformative corporate events and sensitive situations. Prior Sterlington, Mr. Goldstein was a partner a Wachtell Lipton.
