Alyssa Pronley

Counsel
Alyssa is a litigator with experience in high-stakes commercial and intellectual property disputes across the media, entertainment, technology, and sports industries. She has represented major corporations and high-profile individuals in complex litigation, including business tort, contract dispute, copyright, and trademark matters.

Before joining Sterlington, she practiced at Baker Botts LLP and national litigation boutiques. She began her legal career clerking for the Honorable Steven M. Gold, United States Magistrate Judge for the Eastern District of New York. She was also an intern at the White House and the U.S. Department of Justice and is passionate about public policy and committed to pro bono work. She currently serves on the New York City Bar Association’s Committee on Trademarks & Unfair Competition.

She earned her JD from New York University School of Law and her BA magna cum laude from Loyola University of Chicago.
