Christopher Weber

Associate
Christopher Weber, Ph.D., is an associate in Sterlington’s Litigation practice, specializing in patent litigation in district and appellate courts and post-grant proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) for biotech and pharmaceutical matters. He has extensive experience representing pharmaceutical patent holders in Abbreviated New Drug Application (ANDA) and litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act.

Prior to joining Sterlington, Christopher worked at IP law firms Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner LLP, and Green Griffith & Borg-Green LLP as an associate. He holds a J.D. (honors) from Washington University School of Law and a Ph.D. in Cell and Molecular Biology, Genetics and Gene Regulation from University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine.
