Graham Hargreaves
Head of Recruiting and HR
Graham Hargreaves is Head of Recruiting responsible for the implementation of processes and procedures around talent attraction, onboarding, and engagement. As a talent acquisition and HR project specialist, he has over 14 years' working within the professional services sector where his focus was in driving efficiencies within the talent attraction cycle and helping businesses to achieve their people strategies. Before joining Sterlington, he worked at Charles Russell Speechlys LLP and Grant Thornton UK LLP in roles across early talent, experienced hire, and executive recruiting. Graham holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics from Loughborough University.
