Nemanja Krstic

Associate
Nemanja is an associate at Sterlington, focusing on complex patent litigation and counseling involving chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and biotechnology, with emphasis on suits arising under the Hatch-Waxman Amendments and the Biologics Price Competition and Innovation Act. Before joining Sterlington, he was an associate at an IP boutique and a commercial litigation boutique.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Nemanja was a biochemist whose research focused on the molecular mechanisms governing viral-host interactions and drug development. He is proficient in a wide range of pharmaceutical technologies, including biosimilars, formulations, and analytical processes. Nemanja earned his B.S. in biochemistry and molecular biology from Benedictine University and J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law.
