Counsel
Tina is an attorney with over 15 years of experience in corporate and securities law. Previously she practiced at Latham & Watkins and White & Case. She was also an Executive Director at Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, specializing in debt and equity capital markets, derivatives, and general corporate matters, representing issuers, borrowers, and investment bank clients. Before joining Sterlington, she founded and managed a business that was acquired by an international brand.
